Phil assists Pharmacy2U’s patients with their questions and prescriptions on a daily basis. He joined Pharmacy2U in 2000 and has helped us develop into the UK’s largest NHS registered pharmacy. He studied pharmacy at Nottingham University before working for Boots. In 2011 he completed a postgraduate qualification to become a Pharmacist Independent Prescriber. In 2013/14 he was the lead pharmacist in a University College London research study to assess the benefits of pharmacist advice for patients taking long term medicines.

Danielle, is our Head of People. Having worked for the business almost 15 years now she says ‘It has been a privilege to see the growth and amazing work that has been achieved over the years’

Danielle has a team of three HR professionals providing the very best HR service to the business supporting both managers and colleagues. They are continually listening to colleagues and the business to ensure people feel valued, appreciated and understand how integral they are to our success.

You will often find her team offering out treats to anyone that stops by, they have a very big sweet tooth between them and love to invite people to share a bun or a biscuit!

Vic is the Operations Manager for Customer Care. He joined the Pharmacy2U team in 2016, bringing with him over 25 years of contact centre and customer service experience in a variety of industries.

Overseeing all aspects of the department, it is Vic’s job to ensure that colleagues consistently provide an exceptional experience to each of our customers. Simultaneously, Vic promotes an environment in which colleagues are happy in their role and proud of the outstanding service they provide to our customers every day.

Marc is the Head of Operations at our Leeds facility and has overseen a range of projects since joining Pharmacy2U in 2018.

During the COVID-19 pandemic, our patient and order volumes doubled at an astonishing pace. Marc was a key player in ensuring the facility and the team were equipped to fulfil a record-breaking quantity of orders, with very little time to prepare.

Marc was also integral to the successful launch of our nationwide vaccination sites, which to date have administered over 1.5 million vaccinations.

At present, Marc's primary role is to ensure the seamless delivery of over 500,000 items from our warehouse, to around 140,000 patients around the country. Colleagues at our Leeds facility cover all areas of the operation, with teams dedicated to goods-in and pick and pack, in addition to a team of over 40 qualified dispensers.

Melanie is the Senior Pharmacist in Pharmacy2U’s dispensing facility. She performs clinical checks, managing the prescribed queries and operational queries. After graduating with a Masters of Pharmacy in 2006, Melanie gained clinical and managerial experience in community pharmacy before becoming a regular locum pharmacist for Pharmacy2U in 2008. She joined the team full time in 2015.

Elaine recently joined Pharmacy2U and brings over 26 years’ experience in the recruitment sector. Her background covers clinical, travel, consulting and manufacturing. She truly loves recruitment! She is obsessed with antiques/vintage finds as well as anything animal rescue related.

Joining her in the team are Ross Eaton and Rowena Winter. Ross has over 31 years’ experience in customer service. A keen baker – he makes a mean sausage roll!

Rowena has three years’ experience in Recruitment. She loves to travel; her favourite place so far has been Australia.
